Hi, I'm Iryna! I am a professional athlete with 30 years experience. At the age of 6, I started attending my very first sports hall and knew right away this was my calling. Since then, I have had a long, successful sports career. Becoming a World Champion in Sports Acrobatics.

After my competitive sports career, I was immediately invited to compete in many International Circus Festivals including the Monte-Carlo International Circus Festival where I received the Prize from the Prince of Monte Carlo and secured many contracts to perform in theatres all around the world.

I have continued to perform in many stages all around the the world and have been able to pursue my dream of helping people reach their Health and Wellness goals by becoming a Certified Yoga Teacher, Fitness Instructor, and Food Coach.

My passion is to help my clients stay fit, healthy, and attractive at any age.

I have created different programs targeting weight loss, body toning, overall strength, improving flexibility and mobility, stress relief, and healthy eating habits.
